If I Were President
If I were President the first thing I would do is not allow racism in our country. It is an abomanation that has been known for many years! And the second thing I would do is that the Insurance Industry, especially health Insurance, needs to be more regulated. The insurance industry makes more money than any other industry in the U.S. They have more lobbyists then any other interest. Thus, they have a lot of control over politicians. Health care and insurance need to be made more affordable and available. Doctors need to have more control of their profession. The third thing that needs to be fixed is the banking Industry. It needs strict regulation and to be held accountable.
The Cabinet
I don’t know enough poloticians to be able to appoint fifteen different positions. However, I personally know and trust a couple of people who I know could help me fill the other positions. My grandfather was an educator, whose specialty was world politics and history, for 30 years. He would make a great Secratary of Education. For Secratary of the Interior I would appoint Ann Goodey. She was an E.R. nurse, started and runs Hawaii’s only animal sancutary, and is an active Rotarian.
